2 - 15 oz. cans of chili, any brand, with beans or without
1 1/2 cups of regular style Frito Corn Chips
1/2 cup diced onions
1 cup of finely shredded cheddar or Mexican Blend Cheese
Sour Cream for garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a round, glass 8 or 9 inch baking dish, cover bottom of dish with fritos corn chips. In a separate bowl, mix the 2 cans of chili with about 2 tablespoons of water, blend well and pour over layer of corn chips.

Next sprinkle the diced onions over the chili layer. For the top layer sprinkle a generous layer of shredded cheese, making sure to cover evenly. Bake, uncovered in oven for about 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit about 10 minutes. Garnish servings with dollops of sour cream, if desired.
