~Cabbage Rolls~

1 large head of cabbage
1 1/2 lbs. Hamburger
1/2 cup uncooked minute rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup ketchup
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can tomato soup

*Remove core from cabbage and discard.  Boil cabbage approximately 5 minutes. 

*Combine next 6 incredients along with 1 1/2 cups of the tomatoes.

*Remove  leaves from the cabbage head and fill with mixture.  Roll up and stck with toothpick to hold together.

*Place in a large cooker.  Add remaining tomatoes and tomato soup (diluted) and pour around cabbage rolls.  Cover and simmer 45-60 minutes.
